Refund policy

At MAK.E.IBA, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund or store credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging (excluding the outer shipping box).
  • Accessories must include their original dust bags and be securely packaged in a protective outer box.
  • Jewelry must be returned in its original, unused condition, complete with all branded packaging and documentation.

Please handle items with care when trying them on. Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be declined.


Refund Options:

  • 100% store credit, redeemable for any future purchase.
  • 96% refund of the item’s value (4% retained to cover processing fees).


Please note:

Return shipping costs, customs duties, and sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer. MAK.E.IBA is not liable for packages lost in transit.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item for a refund or store credit.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.


Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@mak-e-iba.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email info@mak-e-iba.com with your order number in the subject line. Once your request is approved, you are responsible for carefully repacking and shipping the item back to us within the return window.
